I thought so, yes he was dishy   I liked the Jane in that movie better than the one in the tv series. I quite liked the Darcy in "death comes to pemberley"

Yes, I preferred that Jane too.

I didn't watch Death Comes To Pemberley, was it good?

If you took it lightly, then yes very much so.  I made a huge effort to not compare the actors to my favourites in the series.

The only thing I found unbelievable was the fact that Lydia & Wickham turned up at Pemberely and didn't get thrown out

I'm not sure. He's been in and out for the last week or so whilst they try to get him a high dependency bed. From my experience if they can do keyhole surgery he shouldn't be there long but when my dad had it they had to do a proper job and he was quite ill. Of course added to it are his basic health concerns. I'll let you know! We are friends on FB and normally discuss football but increasingly it has been about his health.

I returned because the football show seems to be a Chelsea love in. I have zero tolerance for them.

Afore I go........... This is a post from him in the last couple of mins.

"Just seen the anaesthetist, he was the guy who put me under for my transplant. I'm second on list so looking at going done around 10:30am this morning.

Looking at a catheter, tube up my nose, in my neck, cannula in hand and a thin one in back it wrist. Spend the night in recovery suite or ICU.
Looks like I won't be watching or listening to the Wednesday game tonight."

BBC article on arsenic in rice.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-38910848
Unless you eat a lot of rice there's nothing over-concerning about it. It's more of a concern regarding babies and children.

There's a link there to what's considered to be safe daily levels. It includes this:

Person weightRice (uncooked)Rice cakes
Adults (70kg)About Â― cup (100g)Approx. 7 big rice cakes (70 g)
5 year old (20kg)2 tbsp (30 g)About 2 big rice cakes 20g
1 year old (10kg)2 tbsp (30g) of baby rice20g of “baby” rice cakes; 10g if not labelled as specific for babies (1 big cake)

Cooked white rice doubles the weight and brown rice triples. Basmati rice is considered the safest.

ROFL You two! I promise you I don't have a Purdey haircut.

My cold is in full swing. My head is bouncing, I'm shivering and my nose won't stop running, so I'm going to get off to bed for an early night.

Goodnight and sweet dreams everyone.

Hugs for the night owls.
