Good morning everyone, dull dark and dreary and very very soggy. There's been some flooding a few miles away but all is well here so far. At least it wasn't so noisy overnight so I slept better.
Sensible Mr Yogi! I'm glad you had a lovely visit Yogi and I hope your weekend was equally good Summer and the journey back uneventful .

The weather here has been wet all day though I think the worst has passed. There has been flooding on some of the roads. There's a risk of some homes near Cinderford being flooded due to rain coming downhill from the town centre.
I have no need to go out today so am not affected.
A client had just rung to postpone a meeting tomorrow morning. So much rain has fallen where she lives that it's starting to come through the flooring and through the front door. She's off to get some sand bags. Although it's been modernised her home was built around 1733. There's no front step so I think that's why this is happening though she says it's never happened before.
