Cloudy here but not as heavy as the last couple of days. Not raining yet but it's forecast from about noon. First rain for a fortnight.
Velvet, a client of mine was supposed to do some fence work for me but never turned up (he's still a client). So I asked another client to do it even though he's more expensive. He's a lot more reliable.
Summer and Yogi, those Haribo adverts are silly and patronising.

Good morning everyone, it's spitting with rain here too and I think the forecast is for it to be quite wet. Yogi I hope you manage to get the shopping in without getting wet. It's really annoying when tradesmen let you down, I just wish they would be honest if they don't want to do the work.

Besides those, the Easter Egg is a Thorntons one as my brother generally brings Thornton cake bars when he visits. My church fairtrade stall has Easter Eggs but I don't particularly like the taste of the chocolate used. It's been many many years since I had any Galaxy chocolate so the taste may have changed over the years but the fairtrade ones from a company called Tradecraft taste rather like the Galaxy tasted years ago.

Good morning everyone, lovely blue sky here too, isn't it great? I hope everyone will be able to enjoy the sunshine today. My daughter and my two grandsons are taking the kiddies on an Easter Egg Hunt in the local park today which should be great fun.

In case any of you wonder how the date of Easter Sunday is calculated in the West, it's the first Sunday after the first full moon after March 21st. If the first full moon falls on a Sunday, it's the following Sunday.
The date of March 21st is based on the date of the spring equinox (when the number of hours of day match those of night - 12 hours) which can be between March 19th and 21st. As that varied it was decided in 325 AD to settle on March 21st.
Good afternoon for Cheltenham in football as they beat Boreham Wood (who are near the bottom) 4-1 and Forest Green drew with Aldershot (a mid table side) 0-0. That puts Cheltenham 3 points ahead of Forest Green at the top with a substantially better goal difference. Next matches are on Monday with Cheltenham away to Wrexham and Forest Green away to Bromley. Cheltenham's match won't be as easy and their following match on April 1st is at home to Grimsby which is their toughest match of the remaining games.
