Most of the family are visiting at some point today but (as we have nowhere for them to sit atm
) I think their visits will be short ones.

The location shown in the article is the top part of Park Street in Bristol and that tall building in the background isn't a church but is part of the university. Park Street is a very steep road and is where there was the park and slide event I posted about a couple of years ago.
Not a good day for Cheltenham at Braintree where they lost 0-1. Forest Green drew awat at Tranmere so Cheltenham remain top but just by 1 point. Braintree were not exactly sportsmanlike as they spent the first half trying to get Cheltenham players booked. Forest Green will have to play at Braintree in a few weeks.

I told my mum and dad not to visit today, because mum has back problems and there's no way she could stand around. I'll see them once my furniture has arrived and they can sit on comfortable seats.
Middle DiL has made me some delicious cupcakes.

Yes, he was very un- star like, very down to earth and good fun.
Not a big cake, I got cupcakes instead. Middle DiL knows what I like!
Some have lemon curd in them which I love, and others are vanilla. They all have little chocolate eggs on the top of the icing. Totally yummy.

They really are delicious. I've eaten two!
Two sons came today. The other is working so I won't see him until Monday.
