Almost. I'll be glad when it's done, as I hate the chaos.

Nite nite Yogi, sleep well, sweet dreams
night everybody
Good morning everyone
Cloudy here.
Summer, I hope you get better from your cold quickly
Moonie, I'm glad yours went quickly
Yogi, has Mr Yogi forgiven Keira yet
Appointment with the dental hygienist this morning,
I hope eveyone has a good day
Good morning everyone, Summer I hope you are feeling better this morning and slept well. Everything on the TV is looking boring after Pride & Prejudice Hope all goes well at the hygienist EL. I am glad the decorating is going well Yogi - despite Keira's blunder and I hope it will be finished soon and look great. Moonie I hope you are feeling perky this morning, Velvet too of course.
Enjoy your day everyone
Squiggle, I hope you can find something to watch
I've never been to Cheltenham races and don't watch horse racing but I spotted this the other day.
Back from the dental hygienist, better results than last time (she checks each tooth for plaque & blood where the tooth joins the gum). I go back in 4 months.
That's good EL, were you having a problem before with bleeding or plaque build up. I did once and that was when I was advised by the hygienist to buy an electric toothbrush which made such a difference.
That is so weird about the tweet suit for a horse, what on earth is the point of it?
Thanks squiggle I think it's because of the medication I'm on which makes me more prone to plaque build up than in the past. It had got worse the previous visit but that was probably caused by the change in toothpaste. I used to use Boots expert pro-enamel but that was discontinued. So I went on to one of the Sensodyne range for some months until I discovered that they don't contain fluoride. I now use Corsodyl daily toothpaste which does. It's an odd taste as people find it's salty - it's actually sodium bicarbonate. I am restricted in choice as most toothpastes contain sodium laureate which I find results in skin coming off my gums. The Sensodyne and Corsodyl don't have sodium laureate.
I think that tweed suit was only for promotional purposes at the Cheltenham races. It was commissioned by William Hill. A lot of people going to the races would be wearing tweed and it is likely that the publicity would increase sales of tweed. I assume the horse wouldn't have run in that suit, that would be ridiculous and dangerous for the horse and jockey. the woman who made the suit was an apprentice to Alexander McQueen who used Harris tweed and tartan in his designs.
Good afternoon everyone
A flying visit for now, sorry for that
The weather is being fairly good. More sunshine than clouds. Quite breezy too. Line one of washing almost dry. Line two nearly finished in the washer
Have a super day and will see you later
Good afternoon all.
Weather is dry but windy and very chilly.
El, I'm glad all went well at the dental hygienist.
Mr Yogi quickly forgave Keira. We will need to touch up the door but it's not a big job.
Squiggle, I agree that electric toothbrushes do a better and gentler job.
I have been giving my kitchen a bit of a Spring Clean. I had recently cleared out the cupboards so it's all finished now.
Summer, have a huge get well soon hug.
Moonie, hope to see you later.
Velvet, I hope you are having a good day.
Yogi, I'm pleased My Yogi forgave Keira
Well done on your spring cleaning If anyone is interested in the origins of the phrase "spring cleaning" there's some info https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spring_cleaning
Moonie, I hope you are having a good day
For those in the north, if you've got clear skies there's a chance of seeing northen lights tonight. The weather forecaster at lunchtime on the BBC news mentioned that.
*waddles in again*
Afternoon everyone. I hope your day goes well. Lovely afternoon here after the intermittent early morning sunshine. Loads of washing done and mostly dry now too
Back later

A haiku is a form of Japanese poetry. They are very short as they consist of 3 lines, the first and third lines have 5 syllables and the second line 7 syllables. The lines rarely rhyme.
