Many of the things we used to eat/drink have declined in popularity over the years, the main exception being chips.
Confirmation that dogs do dream in much the same way as we do:
Anthony Hopkins giving a tour of the prison set from Silence of the Lambs. There's an unexpected twist at the end of the clip which is mildly amusing and is nothing to do with that film. I assure you that there's nothing unpleasant in this clip and would get a U certificate.

We've had all sorts of weather today. It started off frosty, followd by rain and hailstones, then snow.
I've had PB today, we had a lovely time together.

My brother is coming down this afternoon for one of his weekend visits. We have Christmas cake, pudding and presents as his Christmas visit didn't take place. The train journey today should be OK but the one going back will take longer due to engineering work. The work is taking place at weekends and is going on for months. It's to do with the Crossrail project which includes the Reading to Paddington line.
