*night owls* aw I've missed a good session in here tonight!

Grr! I hope the car gets sorted out yogi, that's so frustrating

lovely to see you skylark, I love wellies, best things ever! I hope GD enjoys her trip away and I hope you make the most of having some time free for yourself

I've had a wonderful evening I've had a long hot bath, done a facial, a hair treatment and a face mask. Then, I made a batch of pancakes to take to work for tomorrow's lunch, all whilst listening to jazz music.

Leaving goodnight hugs for Ros, moonie & velvet

~Sparkling Summer~

Good morning everyone.

Very heavy rain, up here.

Summer and Squiggle, you were early birds today.

I will have a pancake (or two) to celebrate Pankcake Day, amd I might make some more on Thursday when PB visits. Apparently, she likes Nutella on hers.

Off to the groomers with Keira this morning. Her face will be like this ->

Have a good day everyone.

A much brighter morning here thank goodness.  Poor Mr Yogi that's really not acceptable with the car and I think Velvet's advice is very wise here.  If its had that many faults already then it sounds a little dodgy.

Happy Pancake Day everyone, I won't be indulging myself but I hope everyone who is will enjoy delicious pancakes

I love this photo - I hope it brings a smile

Good morning Buddies

Sunny, cold but dry here today

Sweet, you are pancaking early

Hi squiggle

Love that piccie. They are so cute

Yogi, I'm sure PB will enjoy her pancakes and Nutella

Good luck with Keira, I'm sure she will be  when you come back

Good luck to Mr Yogi and his car saga. Hope it's sorted PDQ

El, that video is lovely

Happy Pancake Day everyone

Moonie

Moonie, Keira is back from the groomers. She is looking (and smelling!) a lot better!

Squiggle, that pic is so cute. I must remember to show it to PB on Thursday.

lol El, I'm glad your story had an innocent ending.

The dealer has been in touch with hubby. They now know what is wrong with the car and it will be repaired under the warranty.

I passed on Velvet's advice, for future reference.

She does look and smell lovely.

One of the injectors needs replacing. I haven't got a clue what that means.

Yogi19

Yogi, I think that would be a fuel injector which is used to introduce fuel into the combustion engine. I guess that if it's not working efficiently, the fuel doesn't get into the combustion engine properly and I think would be why bangs were being heard particularly when the engine was cold.

I am guessing this as I'm no car mechanic so I could be completely wrong but it sort of makes sense

Awww but I wonder how long will that will last?

I remember once my niece bathed her Staffy who promptly went up the park for a walk and jumped into the pool

That sounds like fuel injectors, though I am not that well up on car mechanics either

Velvet will know, no doubt

Lol El, that's what I just guessed, before reading your post

Hubby agrees with both of you, he thinks it is fuel injectors.

lol Moonie, I bet your niece wasn't happy with her staffy.

Yeeey! We can't all be wrong, can we?

In the "old days" it used to be carburettors that did that job

And I didn't have to google it either

Nite nite Yogi, enjoy your book. Sleep well. Sweet dreams

Moonie

Thanks Ros just missed you, again lol. Hopefully catch up with you during half term

I'm full of pancakes, the day's total is 9! (They were very thin though)

moonie, thank you, the weather was fine here. We've got clear skies & no wind tonight, I'm not sure if the storm is heading this way or not.

Its typical of clean dogs to go roll isn't it

~Sparkling Summer~

Good morning everyone

Fairly cloudy here and there's been a shower. Forecast is for it to become brighter later though not warm. There's a possibility of some snow here on Saturday morning.

Summer, I'm glad your pancake party was a success

Dental appointment this morning. My dentist is going to be exploring my dead molar to see if anything can be done to save it. If it has to come out, it would be easier to do it now rather than wait for it to start breaking up.
