To sign out, if you dare, hover over your name in the menu bar and click on the last option Sign Out.
Or just click on this link which is the short cut: https://www.gagajoyjoy.com/logout
Not that I'm suggesting anyone sign out, and I don't accept any responsibility if disaster strikes and you can't get back in

Oh dear what a strange world we live in
Client rings me in response to a letter from me with some queries. One of them is asking for some old dividend vouchers (these are accumulated into further shares) so that I can create a share history for if and when he sells some shares. I had asked him to find these and possibly contact his previous accountants in case they have kept them rather than return them. So he rings me to say he contacted the accountants who weren't much help.
He then asks me if they would be in the envelopes of papers sent to him each year by his then accountants. I said, I don't know. Why don't you look in those envelopes.
That's one of the sillier questions I've been asked by clients

At least it's a bit of light relief from today's main news story.

It depends on what you are using as to how you can log off and on
On the lappy, top right corner. Hover over you name. Last option
On iPad, three lines top left corner, same option
On my lappy I have just noticed if you hold shift and press Enter the text only goes down to next line and doesn't leave a blank line
Seems all browsers and whatever you are using ipad/ PC etc all different as to where menu etc is. Some on the right. some left and some not at all Good luck with it all !
Getting off , have to see to feeding the family .
Take care everyone
El Loro posted:Moonie, well spotted - that's an excellent tip Just to confirm it works.
More a case of luck El tbh

Unfortunately although it looks as if it works in the Add Reply box as soon as you post the reply, the later line of text immediately follows the prior line on the forum screen. The Just to confirn sentence had been put on the line under the an excellent tip using your method but as you can see, it lands up by being as if you hadn't pressed return.

Ah! right thanks El
*crosses off list of things that work*
It's possible to
have text on separate
lines but it requires
HTML coding so a
bit inconvenient for regular use.
Though Skylark seems to have done it in her post though it's not likely that she would have been using HTML code. Maybe it depends on what device and browser you are using.

Evening I've spent the day adding Xmas decorations to my home it's lovely to get my train set out and have it around the tree
dentist went very well, but they think one of my fillings needs replacing so I'm going back in January to have that done.
Bramble and I are snuggling up to watch a Xmas movie now.
How are we all?

My day has been okay, ta muchly
Evening all.
Squiggle, that garland is beautiful.
Summer, I hope you and Bramble have had a nice, cosy day.
Yay, you made it here, Skylark.
Velvet, that pic of the Christmas lights is beautiful.
Moonie and El, you two are way ahead of me on this new stuff.
So far, I can post, quote and add smileys - that's it!
We had a lovely day with PB. Did a bit of Christmas shopping and went out for lunch. Bought PB a rather large polar bear soft toy, which she promised would stay at our house, but when it was time to go home, she insisted the polar bear go too. DiL is going to throttle us!
