I got the lawns cut this morning but might need to do some weeding tomorrow. Not so sunny here now and quite cool.

I'm fed up with my GP practice - well, one particular GP.

A couple of months ago she altered my repeat prescription so that I have to submit requests for one tablet on a monthly basis, while the other tablets are two monthly. Today, when I got my tablets, she had put in a note to say I need another blood test because they hadn't done a Liver Function Test and another test for my kidneys, when they did the last two lots of bloods.

I was down there six times in a fortnight to see the nurse for my B12 injections but nobody thought to take the bloods then!

Even more infuriating, the stupid doctor omitted the tablet she now prescribes monthly from the script, and I didn't have enough tablets to last until I could submit another prescription request.

Luckily, the pharmacist in the village was willing to give me an emergency supply, but I'll have to go back to my GP practice on Monday to request another prescription for the tablet she forgot to add. I am not a happy bunny.

Hi Sweet

Hope your day has gone well and you have a restful day off tomorrow

Fankoo and they are lovely and calming even when they are chasing the geese off the pool

Yogi, re your comments about you GP's practice. I think it's disgraceful the way you are being treated

But I have to say I am not surprised. My doctor has his sister-in-law working as his partner in the practice now. Quite competent and I have to say a very nice person too. But seems to be more intent on saving money than actually doing much patient wise. Changing doses and times of my meds "so it's easier for me"

It was okay before she started fiddle faddling about. I seldom get to see my own GP as she seems to be the more predominant practice member now

Give em hell on Monday Yogi

You have my sympathy, Moonie. I don't know why they can't leave well alone!

Mine is a group practice with seven doctors, and they do the prescriptions on a rota. I've never even met the young female doctor who mucked up things with my prescription, so I've just been unlucky she has done the last few.

The receptionists know I'm not normally a moaner, so they better take my complaint seriously.

I'm pretty placid most of the time, but when I do lose the rag, I explode!

Let's just say it's lucky the doctors was shut today, as I will be calmer by Monday morning.

Good morning everyone

Cloudier here than yesterday but there is some blue sky.

Yogi, I hope you can sort that useless GP out

Having a nice time with my brother. Played more of that adventure game yesterday. There was a section where you go back some years in time to play the adventure and the graphics go back to how they were then, go back even further and the graphics go back to very primitive, and even further back to text only - quite clever.

I know, Ros.  Baz is a bad influence.

Good morning everyone.

Weather is yucky, with low cloud and misty rain.

I'm glad you and your brother are enjoying the game, El.

I old enough to remember the original Atari games console and the archaic graphics, on what I think was a table tennis game.

Squiggle, do you have any baby visits coming up in the near future?

Thanks everyone, my GP practice won't know what's hit them on Monday.

Middle son and DiL will be visiting today and staying for tea.

Have a good day everyone.

Yogi19

Afternoon peeps

Cloudy, sunshine now cloudy here again

El, glad you and your brother are having a good time

Any cake left?

Squiggle, I hope you manage to get some sunshine today

Yogi, hope you have a good time with your middle son and DiL

Could there be some cake or jelly and blancmange left over after tea?

Have a lovely day everyone

Moonie
