Moonie, you could be a forum pioneer if you wanted to.
There's a section of the forum called Clips.
Select Add Clips.
Select the video clips you want to upload from your computer in the same way as you do attachments. Wait for them to be uploaded and processed.
It makes sense to create a set of your clips and yoo will see the Add Set option - you can do that before you upload the clips or as soon as you've uploaded them. Then select the box by whichever set you want them added to.
Then click the submit button and the video clips then get posted.
You will see that I've just created a set of my brother's photos he took when he was on holiday in Copenhagen.
You can put a link to the set in a post reply on the forum to tell people what you've done otherwise they mightn't realise that you've put clips there:

Individual photos/videos can be commented on for you to say something or someone to.
