Went to visit one of my DiLs and did some gardening.

How was your day, apart from the boiler problems?

Good and good  

Did all my lawns Sunday/Monday and dug out all the weeds in the front garden too 

Today not a lot having to wait in for the boiler repairman  

 I did my lawns on Sunday, weeding on Monday and potting on today.

Hedge need trimming but that's Mr Yogi's job.

A couple of years ago I was walking past a house where the hedge was so overgrown that one had to walk on to the road as a branch at waist level was sticking out over the pavement.

Good morning everyone, blue sky here but very cold for June.  There must have been some delay in sending summer to us.

My you have been busy Yogi, your garden must look lovely, and yours too moonie.  Now they have taken down the scaffolding I am looking forward to getting the garden knocked back into shape again.

Squiggle, it's not that warm here either. It's forecast to get warmer over the next 2 days but it's very humid and you and I need to keep an eye out for forecasts for Friday evening, night and into Sunday as there's a strong possibility of thunderstorms and torrential rain - Met Office has already issued warnings for the southern third of the country.

Down here the temperature is only forecast to rise a little for a couple of days and then back to below average temperatures for the foreseeable.

It's warmed up here now and some blue sky. I did some gardening this morning as the weather is forecast to be bad Friday & Saturday. Garden wheelie bin nearly full as a result.

I've been up a ladder chopping my hedge today. Hubby said, "you should have left it for me", but patience isn't my strong point!

Yogi, I was up a ladder myself doing some heavy duty pruning,

 Must have been the day for it.

 Glad to hear you've got the mower back. Cutting the grass when it's high is knackering.

It's been lovely and warm in my neck of the woods too. Keira has been sunbathing in her favourite spot in the garden.
