Enjoy your day everyone

Summer's not a coming in,

loudly cry boo-hoo

I'm starting to think you may be right, El.

Good morning everyone.

Cloudy start to the day.

Definitely going to the garden centre today. I'm not going for anything in particular, but I'm sure I'll find something.

Have a lovely day everyone.

Afternoon Buddies
Cold and windy here. Not looking much better for the rest of the week either

Shopping done and bills, well one, paid

Sweet, glad you are back safe and sound and that you had such a lovely time
Bless Bramble, she was missing her mum She sounds much happier now you have returned though

Yogi, enjoy your visit to the garden centre
Will you return via the supermarket with some goodies(cakes)?

Squiggle and El, I think summer has been postponed for this year

Have a good day everyone, in spite of the weather

You'll have to give us a clue EL, I tried to watch in full screen but they keep moving about and I can't focus.

I got back from shopping to discover a letter through my door to say they are digging up my lane tomorrow! I did have a hair appointment but have had to re-schedule, not much notice is it?

squiggle

Squiggle, that's ridiculously short notice  I hope the lane doesn't stay closed very long otherwise that's going to be highly inconvenient.

In the clip I posted Tamara Rojo doesn't appear for the first part of the dancing and is the woman seen dancing with 2 different men and at about 7 minutes in is sitting down playing a mandolin or lute.

Afternoon Velvet.

Bad luck about the petrol mower, I hope it can be fixed quickly and isn't too costly.

Afternoon Yogi

Should be okay as the local repair guy is pretty decent but it's gonna be 10 - 14 days.

Hope all is well with PB and the gang

Let's hope the grass doesn't grow too much in the next fortnight.

Yes, PB and the gang are all fine, thanks. I've got her again on Thursday and overnight on Saturday.

That person whose grass is knee high to a giraffe is me velvet, the gardener couldn't mow it with the scaffold up, the drawbacks you don't foresee when getting your house done   Love the giraffe EL - ooh we are brave in here, hope Baz doesn't pop in

It comes with living down a tiny lane Yogi, we get used to it but I must admit we normally get more notice than that.  I bought some lemon curd yogurts today as well - from Sainsburys - I needed a few things I forgot from Asda - and they are scrummy - help yourself

Talking of which, my brother gave me a pack of these the other weekend. You can try them if you want (short pastry biscuit sized filled with lemon cream):

He also have me some cappuchino ones from the same producer but I've yet to try those,

They look nice EL.

Moonie

My brother also gave me a packet of these:

They are hard caramel sweets which have a supposedly banana flavour though i'm not convinced that bananas have been used, They are made in Iceland (the country, not the frozen food stores).

Let's just say they are a bit different. You are welcome to try them but that's not a recommendation
