Moonie, I'm sorry you aren't keen on the update changes on your phone. My middle son has a Samsung Galaxy and I asked him if he'd done the latest update. He said he "dingys" the updates, which means he ignores them.

Good morning everyone, thank you for letting us know about Summer's phone Yogi, such a nuisance.  Vodafone had a right to do in our area last year and my daughter and grandsons couldn't get any reception for months, it would come and go, mostly go and it drove them frantic.  I mostly use mine through Wifi so it didn't affect me much but frustrating they couldn't get through.

 

I'm not going to risk the updates on the Samsung either, it aint broke so I aint fixing it

Yogi, thanks for letting us know about Summer's phone I hope the coverage improves fast.

One advantage for me just using a fixed line is that the coverage issue is less likely to be a problem and I don't need to thinks about system updates messing it up

I think I will too moonie, I like plums but don't care for the flavour of mangos.  My favourite of all is greengages right off the tree, we had a greengage tree in the garden when I was a kid.

Apart from the cost (£1) I would try a plango as I like plums and I like mango. I like greengages but it's years since I had any.

 

I know we are supposed to eat fruit but it never appealed to me tbh

I assume you've checked that the mains set of switches haven't switched the one for the fridge/freezer off. Can you put the food in a neighbour's fridge/freezer until it's sorted out?

I will have to ask my neighbour, who I am on speaking terms with but she has visitors right now and don't like too intrude. So later methinks

We went out to another toyshop, looking for things for PB's birthday. Picked up a couple of things, so at least we've made a start. Then middle son and DiL came for tea.
