Hi Moonie, how are you tonight?

Hi Yogi

All is well with me fankoo

I see you have had a good day too

That's good.

I did have a good day - as well as PB, my middle and youngest sons visited too.

That is indeed a good day

I'm now tucked up in bed, watching a repeat of Foyle's War.

I am in bed too. Got tennis on the tv and heavy rock on the radio

You're are king of the multitaskers!

Well I wouldnt say that. Just a good tryer, let's say

I know. I will miss it though - I might need to get the complete set on dvd.

Yeah, me too

That sounds like a good compromise

It would save us from getting withdrawal symptoms.

Aw just missed you Ros, goodnight

Squiggle, your post is very touching and really made me smile, I'm very happy that you've had such joy from seeing your family come together in that way. You deserve every happy moment that he brings

Where on earth has this day gone?
I awoke planning a relaxing night in, but ended up bringing home a friend's dog for a sleepover as well as sharing a meal with family for BIL's birthday.

Yogi, I'm glad that you too have had a lovely day with family

El, 65 years! wow! I love stories like that

Moonie, your multitasking is funny I hope you've enjoyed the sports today

Skylark & velvet, I hope you are both having a good weekend
~Sparkling Summer~
Good morning and happy Mothering Sunday

I always gave a card to my grandmother on mothers day too, I think it suitable to light a candle for her today

I've got 2 dogs snoring beside me on the bed, and it's very cosy but I'm going to get up and start my day on the yoga mat, then do my bookkeeping

I hope you all slept well what are your plans today
~Sparkling Summer~

Good morning everyone, a sadly very grey and cloudy day for Mothers Day, but I am sure the sun will be shining in our hearts.  A lovely bouquet Summer .  Thank you for your post, you are a very sweet and special lady Tell us more about Bramble's friend who is having a sleepover, is Bramble thrilled about it?

I am so glad you had another lovely PB day Yogi, she is such a little sweetheart.

Enjoy your day everyone, for those who have lost their mums I hope her memory is tender in your minds

squiggle

Happy Mother's Day to our lovely mums and a big hug to those whose mums are no longer here.

Squiggle, unfortunately I can only do very basic crochet stiches - definitely not good enough to follow a pattern. The hats look very sweet though.

El, I shall look forward to the new programme from Anthony Horowitz. I like the stuff he has already done for TV, so I'm hopeful I will like the new programme too.

Summer, I hope you have a lovely day and get the chance to relax after doing your book-keeping.

Evening Yogi - glad you enjoyed meeting the double agents in Prague

If you have any news on Putin I wouldnae disclose it here. Madge the pigeon as usual

 I like cream eggs too!

No double agents but I think I've come back with a double chin, after eating lots of cakes and pastries.

They'll need another enigma to crack this

I might be looking for a Fisher and Donaldson bridie

Same time in Berlin

Even enigma couldnae crack that one.
