Dog walking and a pub lunch I hope it's not going to be too windy, it's wild tonight!

Yes, watching some DVDs would be great.

No visitors expected, as far as I know.

Your plans sound good. I hope the weather tomorrow is better than what we've had today - heavy rain and strong wind.

Good morning everyone

Sunny here at present but rain forecast mid afternoon.

Congratulations to Yogi on the fish tank inspection and Summer on completing the decorating

Nice ice skating jigsaw, Yogi

Summer, we completed an adventure game called Harvey's New Eyes which was a somewhat twisted stoey with a bleak ending. We've just started Broken Sword 5 = The Serpent's Curse which should be good.

Good morning everyone, not too bad a morning here, a little cloudy but dry so far.  I am glad your weekend is going well EL, I used to play the first Broken Sword which I enjoyed. Nice pictures EL and Summer.

That jigsaw looks very interesting Yogi, did PB enjoy putting a piece or two in?  Well done on getting the decorating done Summer, a lovely feeling.  The baby is, by all accounts, settling in very well and so far a very well behaved little boy.  My poor daughter due to a tummy bug hasn't seen him yet, she feels she is over it now so the plan is for us all to get together at my house so that she can have her first cuddle.

Enjoy your day everyone

Good morning everyone.

Weather is still wet and windy.

Cute pic, Summer.

Gorgeous pic, El. I'm glad you and your brother are having a good weekend, and enjoying your games.

Aww, Squiggle, your daughter must be desperate for her first cuddle with the baby.  It will be lovely for you to have everyone together at your house - and you can have another cuddle too.

Have a good day everyone.

She is desperately upset Yogi, terrible timing to get a tummy bug, and the bit in bold yes that is my cunning plan, I am really missing holding him, little sweetheart.

I've just taken my brother back to the railway station after a good weekend. He's expecting to visit me over the Easter period.

Squiggle, I hope your daughter will be able to see the baby very soon

So far, Broken Sword 5 is good and if you liked Broken Sword 1, you would probably  like this too. Still the same 2 main characters George and Nico.

Will you pause the game until your brothers next visit? Or continue to play solo..? I'm glad you've had a lovely weekend and hope you enjoyed your birthday celebrations

your poor daughter Squiggle! I bet she's aching to see the baby, let's hope it's not long before she gets to hold him

We've had a nice walk & a lovely pub lunch, we just got finished with walking when the heavens opened and then it snowed!

Terrible timing for the bug to strike, but hopefully she'll soon be having a snuggle with her little grandson.

I'm glad you had a good weekend, and not too long to wait for his next visit.

I'm pleased you were able to miss the showers.

We had sleet and icy rain up here, but we managed to avoid it.

Good morning everyone

Blue sky here but there may be showers at some time in the day. Not expecting any snow though some is forecast on the hills and further north.

This train from London to Cardiff yesterday stopping at the Gloucester railway station. It happened a few hours before my brother got to the station so he wouldn't have seen it.

We will wait with bated breath EL

No silver cutlery or blood splattered knife!

However, in the cupboard under the sink, I found FIVE tins of furniture polish! Won't be needing any Pledge for a while.

Love the clip of the steam train, El.

 Everyone
Hope you all had a nice weekend. Bitterly cold wind here. GD was at a party yesterday, her skin colour resembled her blue dress by the time we got there. Poor thing, we got lost finding the venue and were freezing by the time we arrived.

Shame you missed seeing the train, El, something very romantic about steam trains.
Yogi, you wont be buying polish for a while then!

Aw squiggle, hope your daughter gets to see baby soon.
Hope you having a good day Summer

I hope your GD enjoyed the party even if she did get frozen getting there. It's a cold wind here as well thought not as cold as further north. My window cleaners have been around today. They were wearing hoods but even so they must be really cold, particularly when up a ladder.

There is something romantic about steam trains. Though in the days of steam when the train went through a tunnel you made sure the windows in the coach were closed otherwise you got smoke coming in and soot all over the place.
