It did very well to last that long Yogi

Poor Aimee, she gets the blame for everything.

It did do well, we had a year's notice that we needed to buy a new one.

Mr Yogi has disconnected the old washing machine and put it outside. Considering his previous DIY disasters, I better go and see if I can still use the sink and dishwasher, without flooding the kitchen!

Moonie

Hubby has forgotten where he put the little cap last time we changed the washing machine, to cap off the inlet pipe. So I currently have no water downstairs, because we've had to turn it off, otherwise water would be pouring in through the pipe! I told you he was a disaster when it comes to anything DIY related.

Oh dear Mr yogi! does DIY stand for Destroy It Yourself in his case...?

Yes I'll always be Summer and will no doubt restore my original name soon enough

Skylark, I hope you sell lots of daffodils, it's a worthy cause and you are lovely for giving your time to help raise funds

Moonie I love those pics! I have a small wisteria, it isn't easy to get to flower, but last year I had the most I've seen on it yet! 2 years ago it didn't have a single bloom

yes it does!

Actually, we are now thinking it may not be hubby's fault and the plumber might have taken away the little cap to lock off the pipe, when we had the kitchen done.

Yay, to your brother visiting and yay again to the possibility of cake!

Thanks El.  As Mr Yogi will be fitting the new washing machine, I hope you'll keep your fingers crossed for me.

Good morning everyone, a nice morning here and I see we are off to a flying start to the weekend.  EL's brother due, possibly bearing cake a double bundle of PB joy for Yogi and a new washing machine

I hope the collecting goes well Skylark and I hope your weather is like mine and that people are very generous.

Well done Summer, I have always wanted 2 things gardenwise, a magnolia tree and a wisteria plant, I have never achieved either sadly so I hope your wisteria enjoys a happy growing season.

Enjoy your day everyone
