I don't think it's illegal though there is a european guideline on trailers where they are not supposed to have more than 60kg of passengers in them.

In the UK they also have to have a cycle light and sign on the back though I assume that the trailers on general sale in the UK would have those.

Good afternoon all.

It's very warm and sunny up here.

Summer, enjoy the show - and remember to visit any home baking stalls.

I haven't had a nap. I'm trying to keep going and hopefully will sleep well tonight. *crosses fingers*

Moonie, if we had known we were both awake last night, we could have come on here for a natter.

I've never seen a child in one of those bicycle trolleys. They don't look particularly safe to me.

Yogi19

Halfords own brand cycle trailers say a maximum weight of 50 pounds in one of their single trailers and not more than 50 pounds per passenger in their double ones. They also stock a Bellelli one which can have 1 or 2 passengers with a maximum combined weight of 25.5 kg. It also has a maximum child height of 1.1 m.

Yes ,indeed Yogi. Through the night chatter

In reference too the child bicycle trolleys, I would always be afraid of a rear shunt

I agree with you about a rear shunt.

Moonie

I think my email account has been hacked.

I got an email from Microsoft Account Team saying there had been some unusual log in activity on my account and I had to verify the account. I didn't go into my account through the link in the email in case it was a scam. When I got into my account I had to get security codes sent to my other email address before I could access any info in the account. Afterwards, I noticed there were emails in my junk, which had been sent to me, from me. They were dodgy spam emails about jewellery (spelled jewelry) with links. I'm running a full scan on my laptop, then I'll go into my email account and change the password yet again.

I hate hackers!
