I've had a lovely afternoon watching tennis, had an early bath, skyped my mum and read some of my book!

100 calories in a 25g serving.. But I'd need to weigh them to see how many you would get in a serving. It sounds pretty reasonable to me though.

Latest update on the Cheltenham Banksy artwork is that the local council has issued a temporary (28 days) stop noice on the property so that no further work can be done whilst things are sorted out. It's because the property is a listed building rather than becaause of the artwork.
