Moonie, apart from some light rain it hasn't been too bad yet. The main threat of heavy showers is in the next few hours though I think the worst may miss where I am and be more over the Cotwolds.

I posted some time ago about a possible artwork in Cheltenham having been done by Banksy. It was subsequently confirmed that it was done by him. But there's now a huge dispute as to who owns the wall on which the artwork is on and it's getting rather nasty.

I've had a lovely day with PB and middle and youngest sons.

I wish we had a penny for every time PB said "Birds" or Birdies".

We spent most of the day, feeding "granny's blackbirds" with raisins. She is fascinated because they come onto the window ledge right beside her. 

She enjoyed her time with her two uncles and actually cried when each of them went home. They really love her and are so good with her.

I won't bother with BB tonight, in fact I don't understand why I am bothering to watch it at all.

Summer, I hope your walk went well and you got cake afterwards.

Off for a bath, then a read.

I watched the Alastair Sim film An Inspector Calls and it was a good film with a good ending. The film has been opened up from the play due to the inclusion of the scenes outside the house. One of the external scenes is on a tram and I wonder if those who have seen the film realised who the tram conductor was played by. No credit to the actor in the credits but I recognised him and and confirmed that it was George Cole who regarded Sim as a father figure for all the help he had given him over the years.

Moonie, sorry I didn't hang around to see if anyone was still awake last night, I fell asleep a lot faster than normal too
I didn't even feel bramble jump on the bed in the night and accidentally kicked her this morning as I stretched my legs!

I feel okay this morning but stiff & my back is aching, and I'm hungry. I think I'm going to do as yogi suggests and go get in the bath!
