Glad the procession went well El Sunshine always lifts the spirits

It sure does, Moonie.

Someone get the hose, I'm on fire!
We decided to have an Indian curry for tea, it was delicious and I'm stuffed.

I didn't get to do any gardening after all; I opened the garage to discover mr summer has deposited a lot of stuff from MIL's in there and I couldn't get in to look for my trowel & fork. I'm just going to go and buy a new pair

I was good though and did. Workout DVD before walking bramble

El, I'm glad the procession wasn't cold, and hope everyone enjoyed it. Did anyone have a donkey?

Yogi, how was PB today?

Moonie, have you enjoyed the sport today?
I thought the negative comments on TV about mo Farrah were an utter disgrace!

Aw bless her, was she all tired out after her birthday?

They were saying he's given it a go but should stick to running 10,000k on the track rather than marathons, that his performance was disappointing
It's his first marathon, he still broke the English record time and he came 8th overall in the elite race- he was racing against the worlds finest (and very experienced) marathon runners!
I think the comments were disgraceful, they should have been praising him for the achievement

She'd had a "play date" with the six month old daughter of DiL's friend and had missed her nap, she she was tired out.

What horrible, negative comments. Poor Mo.

That is making me hungry (apart from the prawns). I made roast beef and all the trimmings for hubby but felt that my tummy was out of sorts so I haven't eaten yet. No pains or sickness, just a weird feeling that things weren't right.

Yogi, glad you got a cuddle in the end

PB is play dating?

lol, don't panic, Moonie, no boyfriends involved. It seems to be a modern term for having a friend round to play.

Well done on getting your washing dried.

Phew! thank goodness for that or you would have had to chaperoned her

Fankoo, not sunny all the time but a stiff breeze. So it got the job done

She'll be lucky if she is allowed to date before she is thirty, if son gets his way.

At the very least Sweet

It always smells nicer when dried outside, doesn't it?

Nothing nicer than that fresh air smell.

Nothing like it Yogi
