I'm glad you enjoyed it.
My turn for what?
The subway sandwich sounds delicious, I am glad you are feeling better Summer.
EL that sounds a really good set-up on your PC now that the engineer has set it up so that all new downloads will loads onto drive D and you have sorted out the accounting software.
Because of all the winter floods, the Department of Transport is providing councils across England with ÂĢ173.5 million to help repair roads.
Details of which area gets what are here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/...ir-roads.csv/preview
Summer your area gets ÂĢ1,241,952, squiggle your area gets ÂĢ6,985,437, and my area gets ÂĢ3,308,360. Moonie, as I'm not sure which area you are in I can't give a figure. As my link only shows areas in England I don't know if there are any extra funds for Scotland. Wales, or N Ireland.
I've had it - I treated hubby to a Chinese takeaway.
Following my recent rant about very persistent Charity Chuggers trying to get me to sign up, there were some lovely ladies collecting money for the Samaritans outside a nearby supermarket today. There was a queue of people (including me) waiting to donate and one lady said the charity always gets a good response in the local area. I believe if the other recent charities had been collecting cash, rather than trying to get people to sign up to Direct Debit donations, they would have had a far better response.
Hi Summer - I'm off to read soon, so it's bye from me as well
I agree Yogi, Samaritans are a wonderful organisation and an old-fashioned cash collection would be a lot more popular with people than constant demands for people to sign up to direct debits. I'm a firm believer in giving to charity but hate moral blackmail.

That's how I feel too, Squiggle. Enjoy your book.
I did, thanks Summer.
How do you feel after your Subway?
There's a Subway in the next town to us. It's very popular during school lunch breaks.
He is a good man and he takes care of you when you are poorly - as you do for him.
Have you seen the video that Erin has put in The Voice thread. It's a clip from The Voice in Italy (I think)? It's worth watching.
It's a goodie.
I'm watching my gardening guru, Monty Don on Gardener's World, then I'll switch over to BBC1.
I've been getting pruning tips for buddleias.
I absolutely love his golden retriever, called Nigel.
Hahaha @ Kylie and Jason with David Walliams.
Yes, Nigel is always in the garden with Monty. He's a dark golden and has the loveliest nature. It's obvious that Monty and Nigel adore each other.
Keira is fine. She has her pal coming tomorrow as well as PB.
Good evening lovely ladies
Harv and PB? Your day is gonna be full then Yogi
