I love that age. They have their own distinct personality and chatter ten to the dozen.

Good morning everyone, as Summer says a beautiful morning.  Good luck with getting the washing dry Summer, such a nice chore on a beautiful day.

Oh no Yogi, dreadful timing again with PB due today.  I hope you feel recovered enough to enjoy the visit today although I know just being with the wee one will cheer you up

Have a lovely day everyone

It's still clear blue sky here and pleasantly warm for March.

I see Antiques Roadshow finally reappears next Sunday on BBC1. The latest series stopped for some weeks and returns in its usual spot on BBC1.

Also next Sunday afternoon BBC2 are showing I Know Where I'm Going! Tha'ts the Michael Powell/Emeric Pressburger film which starred Roger Livesey and Wendy Hiller and is the best British romantic comedy ever made. It's been shown many times on television before but this time it's preceded by a 30 minute documentary about the making of the film. The documentary was made back in 1994 as a 50th anniversary celebration of the film. It's narrated by Wendy Hiller, Erwin Hiller (who was the cinematographer) and Petula Clark (Cheril in the film).

I've had a busy day. PB was on great form and has another tooth. She can crawl quickly now and at one point was having a game of chasing Keira. Her latest party tricks are blowing kisses, and putting her hand up to her mouth and making "waa, waa, waa, waa" sounds - think of old western movies and the sounds the Apaches would make, before going into battle.

Eldest son paid a quick visit in the morning, before going off to work, and youngest son and his GF spent the evening with us.

Sill having a few stomach spasms but not as painful as last night, and I have managed to eat something.

I hope you have all had a good day. If I disappear, it's because I have conked out.

Aw yogi, sounds like a fantastic day! The adventures of PB make me smile I bet she & Keira had terrific fun playing chase!
I'm glad you feel a little better, I hope you get a restful night and the symptoms are soon gone. How long to wait until your next hospital appointment?

El, I've never heard of that movie I'll look it up on imdb and set it to record

Did any of you see the Live from space show tonight?!! It was mesmerising, probably the best TV show I've ever seen

Leaving goodnight hugs for everyone x
~Sparkling Summer~

Good morning everyone

Fairly cloudy here today but forecast to be dry.

Yogi, sounds as if you had a good PB day yesterday and I hope you had a comfortable night's sleep

summer, no, I didn't see that Live from space show yesterday evening. I was watching that Tim Burton film Alice in Wonderland. Apart from the characters from Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass and references to various parts of the books, it's not Lewis Carroll. It is very stylish though.

Good morning everyone. Weather is showery, but at least the wind has died down.

I slept much better, thanks El.

Summer, my next hospital appointment is on Wednesday, and I shall mention my recent flare ups.

Today is another PB day. Harv is here too, so she can crawl after/chase both dogs today. She is now saying 'Mama' which is nice for DiL, as 'Dada' was her first word.

Will pop back whenever I can, have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone, cloudy here too but dry, I think the forecast is for more unsettled weather towards the end of this week.

I am glad you slept better Yogi, I am glad you next hospital appointment is so soon and you can tell them about the flare-ups.  This is the most fascinating time with PB isn't it?  First words, crawling, beginning to interact with the dogs and then first steps, very exciting.

I remember watching that film 'I know where I'm going' last year EL, I enjoyed it, it's fascinating watching something from a different age.

Have a good day everyone
