What have you got planned for tomorrow?
Sorry Moonie, I need to go as I have a few things to do before bed.
Goodnight, sweet dreams.
Hugs for Summer and Ros.

Sweet (pea!) dreams yogi I hope you have a jolly good sleep
I'm sure I remember a 'Sweet Pea' from the channel4 days
That particular name rings a bell
I was ~Sweet Summer~ the whole time on there, I used to change my multicoloured signature quote regularly though
Were you Moonie on there too?

It could have been elsewhere though Sweet
It just rang a bell

I don't think I remember Bazzy from the channel4 days...
If I ask her about the giraffes, I'll get in trouble
If I ask her about the giraffes, I'll get in trouble
Just ask her if she was on channel 4 first
Okay...puts brave head on...

Move over a little Bramble
Good morning everyone
It's raining and is quite windy here at present but it should get a lot better later this morning and should be a sunny day and getting a bit warmer.
I saw the new Visit Wales advert yesterday:
and instantly recognised who was singing - Cerys Matthews my favourite singer.
The song is an old lullaby, Mil Harddach. It's of course Welsh, but the English translation of the song is:
You are a thousand times more beautiful than the white rose,
Or the red rose on the brow of the hill,
Or the proud swan swimming the lake,
My little baby.
Good morning everyone. Weather is wet and windy.
I hope the weather is better where you are.
Housework and ironing awaits.
Have a good day, everyone.
El, lovely post about Wales, I would love to go there
Yogi good luck with the housework

What beautiful words EL, my favourite of hers is Calon Lan, the translation of which is a pure heart I believe.
The weather forecasts are looking very good, increasingly sunny and warm and next week especially looks what we have been longing for, at last It's raining a little at the moment but I'm ignoring it and looking forward to sunshine
Have a good day everyone
Why everyone should have a dog
Squiggle, great video
I think the rain has stopped here and it seems to be gerring brighter
Yogi, I hope the housework goes OK.
Squiggle, you are right Calon Lan is a pure heart. Cerys Matthew's version:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCSRb1R6-Ls
The words in English:
the worldâs gold or its fine pearls:
I ask for a happy heart,
an honest heart, a pure heart.
Chorus
A pure heart is full of goodness,
More lovely than the pretty lily:
Only a pure heart can sing -
Sing day and night.
If I wished worldly wealth,
He has a swift seed;
The riches of a virtuous, pure heart,
Will be a perpetual profit.
Late and early, my wish
Rises on the wing of song,
For God, for the sake of my Saviour,
To give me a pure heart.
Why everyone should have a dog
Hilarious, I love it.
It's very windy and we've has a snow shower and now the sun is shining. Our weather is bonkers.
Ironing and most of the housework is done, so I'm having a teabreak.
When I went shopping this morning at the local Co-op I noticed that they were stocking the Corsodyl mouthwash I mentioned recently.
That's the one which is only for short term use.
They don't stock the one I use:
which is a third of the strength and is the one intended for daily use (as it says).
I had a word with one of the assistants about this as really they should be stocking the one I use in preference. As the assistant said the stronger one should really be sold in chemists.
Good sunny afternoon Buddies
Lovely sunshine here. Breezy but a warm breeze
*wonders if Yogi has got over her tea break and finished ironing and housework yet*
<-- Yogi
Have a good afternoon everyone
Great smileys, Moonie. Housework and ironing are finished and dinner is prepared.
My brother should be arriving at my house in the next hour for the weekend. First time I will have seen him this year as he went back before New Year's Day and the scheduled visit 4 weeks ago was called off because of the bad weather and the railway track might have been flooded.
It's a 2 day visit but the next one will be longer as that will be the Easter weekend. Although he will have been "retired" by then, I think his visits will continue to be of similar length and frequency as at present.
I won't be around on the forum much until my brother goes back so have a great weekend whatever you are doing.

Well done, Yogi
