I don't eat a lot of chocolate, or even chocolate biscuits, so I need to give up something else. I could give up cream and plain biscuits as I do eat them quite often.

I think I shall have maple syrup with my pancakes, after dinner tonight.
I've been to see the physio - the sun is shining but there's an icy, cold wind blowing. Brrr! Physio gave me another couple of exercises to add to my programme. She was very impressed that I was able to do the most difficult one. I don't have to go back unless things deteriorate but I do have to keep up with the exercise programme. I'm happy to continue with the exercises as they have made a real difference to my muscle strength and flexibility, in a relatively short period of time.
