Ben v JJ. Teeshirtgate. Anyone remember that?

They had a basketball task. Ben took it upon himself to wear one of JJ's tshirts for the tasks. JJ told him to take it off, Ben refused. JJ said 'you say no as though it was your tshirt, it's mine' (which was correct). Ben still refused to take it off.

Okay, I don't like JJ, but if Ben had gone through my things and taking something to wear and then refusing flat out to take it off and put it back I would have been the first BB HM to be removed for GBH. I'm amazed it wasn't mentioned on here. I meant to bring it up but forgot. Anyway between that and Ben landing Dave in it for the exercise task he just couldn't be arsed to do I've decided he is a right twat. Get him the hell out of there.

You are mistaken. Ben didn't take the shirt. JJ gave it to him to wear. The issue came when JJ asked him to remove it for the task. Ben didn't wish to remove his entire cheerleader outfit just to remove the shirt.

i lent a really good friend an book i loved,when i asked about it(which annoyed me anyways) 6 months later they blithely announced that when they moved house they'd lost it, and that was that , it seemed.

i never spoke to them again, now he's a lard arse in a council flat with ugly kids and an offensive wife, which pleases me considerably..

Not that bit, I was referring to the bit on the HL show when Ben refused to take it off for the duration of the task. I though that was a bit rude as I am a bit of a clean freak I would hate the though of someone else sweating all over my clothes and to boot they don't have a washing machine so the clothes will never really be properly clean..not that Ben broke into much of a sweat!

Same happened to me with The Stand, I loved that book..but I don't know what happened to the bloke....

Definitely his best book. He also wrote some excellent stuff as Richard Bachman. I can't remember the four novel collection that included The Long Walk but I highly recommend it if you can find it.

I wouldn't hold your breath. He'd probably be minus his suitcase until he's evicted. Not that it will worry him because he has lots of friends who'll do things (or lend things) for him.
