I think all of us have done that and possibly whispered to a friend. To say it in such a dogmatic way on live television and to the said persons best friend isn't really nice behaviour IMO.

He was implying that she had changed the way she dresses through jealousy, plus was wearing clothes unsuitable for her figure and showing too much flesh.The fact is, she hasn't changed what she chooses to wear at all. The girls had all dressed up for a girlie night, when he said it, but she certainly wasn't wearing anything ridiculous. I think it was one of the dresses you speak of.
