Splendid, splendid stuff.
Completely engrossing.
oh why oh why do they only make 8 episodes
One thing i will say though is please be careful what you post brisket ie your Herrick spoiler, left me waiting for him to appear all the way through rather than it being a shocker at the end.
Apologies. I will be careful.
Aidan Turner - Lenora Critchlow - Russell Tovey
Stephen Moyer on Wossy this Friday. **growls**
Thoroughly enjoyed the final episode. Was half hoping it would be Ivan back but Herrick will be so much better for the dynamic I think - chasing George I suspect as they chase After Annie who might be being chased by Kemp.
Have they started shooting in Cardiff already? A neighbour of mine works for the BBC - I may have to be very, VERY nice to her.
the Best Drama Series in the forthcoming BAFTA television awards.
Fingers crossed.
Then, on Monday 7th they all get together for the first read-through of the early episodes of the next (3rd) series.
My previous post was wrong, by the way, - they have already done the first read-throughs of the next series.

Apparently it is expected that the balance of drama and comedy that we got in the first series, will be pretty much restored. The last (2nd) series did have comedy but the overall mood was rather darker.
I am now all of a dither-r-r-r-r-r-!
(Don't scroll down if you don't want to know.)

Another appetiser - Aidan Turner:-
I LOVE Being Human!
The only problem is, whenever I see the thread up again, I keep thinking 'Oooo! Maybe there's some info about the start date!'
Keep on posting pix of the luscious Aidan Turner tho'!
OK. I'll try to offer a steady flow of pictures of the cast, including the "luscious" Aidan Turner.
There is no definite date, I don't think, but they were 'generally' referring to early next year. (The last series began in January.)

Russell has said on his Twitter that they are filming the trailer today.
The new series (3) begins in January.

Fingers crossed for Toby Whitehouse, who has done smashing scripts for Being Human.
A reminder - for anyone interested - that Being Human is being repeated on BBC3
beginning tonight at half past midnight.
Starting with the first series.
Tonight is episodes 1 and 2
Lovely. Nice to see Jason Watkins' lovely performance as Herrick again, and the perky Dylan Brown as Seth.
I love it. Love the unusual combination of melodrama and comedy.
It gets better and better.
Writing, acting, directing, in fact every facet of programme making is smashing.
I don't always like things better 2nd time around. But this I do.
The brand new series begins on 10th January 2011
Lenora Crichlow (who plays ghost Annie) has confirmed that the upcoming third series of Being Human will feature a zombie. Show creator Toby Whithouse previously hinted that a new creature would appear in a future episode of the supernatural drama. Crichlow, who plays the ghost Annie, recently told SFX: "It kind of puts Annie in place. This zombie exposes [her] to all the things she'll never have again. Often the things that happen in Annie's adventures really make her realise how in limbo she is, and just how unsettling that can be when you're looking at that for eternity." The actress also claimed that the new run of episodes would focus more on the friendship between the show's core characters. "It feels like all of us are really pulling together in this series," she suggested. "The human side is really calling us and we're really going for it full throttle." The new series of Being Human will begin on BBC Three on 10th January 1911.
A video of Being Human scenes showing interplay between George (Russell Tovey) and Nina (Sinead Keenan).
