I've just eaten 4 Beetroots from the garden, they are only small from 40 to 60 mm dia, but I cleaned them boiled them for 30 mins, peeled, sliced and put in vinegar for tea with Cottage Pie.
Well me and O/H shared them.

They were very nice, I suppose it made about a small jar full, will let the rest grow a bit more before I harvest them.
