It depends what type of bees they are. If they are wild ones I suspect that a keeper would not be interested.
If they are Honey bees then expect to be killed in the rush. They are as hard to find as a Hebden Bridge council estate.

There are two or three huuuge buggers and many diddy ones..drones I suppose. we can't see the nest because it is in the wall..which is made of different sized stone,so plenty of nooks and crannies...can you tell by looking at them if they are honey or bumble bees? I know their diet is different.

Yes you're right. I had one removed before, and the guy was delighted! So was I 'cos I'm phobic about insects, flying and/or crawling. Disappointed

Honey bees are more of a wasp shape, but less yellow.
Wild bees are fat and furry.
I'm sure someone with the ability to do photos will show you shortly.

Bumble bees are fat with stripes or brown furry markings..Honey bees are not stripped and are much slimmer more like a brown all over color.

But IMHYCO they are becoming almost as rare as honey bees. Most of the ones we have are smaller wild ones and they seem very attracted to the marshmallow plants.

I thought the big ones were hornets at first cos they are really big...but they a fluffy, which I don't think hornets are..could be wrong though.

Asian hornets were introduced by accident to France and are very aggressive indeed.
They certainly attack and eat honey bees.

That's just mean...
Mother Nature sure was on something real trippy when she created certain species don't ya think.
