It's not a question of who likes him, but who dislikes him, and I agree with mrMiller - more people are likely to vote against Marcus than David as their "second choice" so Marcus would be at risk.
This is the problem with double-evictions, and was the reason why Jon Tickle went in BB4: To ensure Marcus stays, his fans would have to organize a campaign against David, while still remembering to vote for Bea just in case she slips through the net...

Me too, she was very astute and stuck up for herself. She was the first person to see right through Charlie's game.

Under normal circumstances, he'd have been up (along with Lisa) in the week of the new HMs secret task.
However that was the only week Marcus ever nominated him (they get on well), and Freddie's gone now, so it's difficult to see where his nominations would come from...
