...because he straight out asked her if she fancied him.
She couldn't lie and say yes because she'd have to deliver, so she had to tell the truth and say no and now the only power she can wield over him is to be a complete bitch.
The moment Freddie asked her "the question" was also the moment when her original gameplan fell to pieces. She could no longer flirt with him to keep him on-side and she clearly hadn't given any thought to a Plan B. Mad

That's how I see it anyway. Cool

Sorry Marge, but I think that's quite different. She hadn't tried to convince any of them that she was their 'special' friend, whereas she did with him. You might not like Freddie, but there are two different issues here. Hug

but Marg, sitting and listening is not quite the same as saying those awful things that Bea said about the others. Freddie said himself subsequent to their row that he used to 'wince' at some of the things she said but just let her carry on. Would you try to stop a steam engine in full flow? Laugh

I thoygt it was a bit of a condesceding remark when she said 'I haven't been asked that since I was 14,' like she is sooooooooooooooo mature now Roll Eyes SLOWLY going off Bea Frowner

I have never liked bea from the day she walked into house

The minute she said she would not do anything to put freddie up for eviction in the secret task because she really liked him, after knowing him one hour didnt ring true,it was so obvious she was wanting to get in with fred who was fav to win and all that with kenny, which i didnt agree what he done but it just didnt ring true her ott performances in the first few days

Freddie always took her side, and when she came out telling him and everyone that dave was shouting at her in kitchen which was a lie because she is the biggest liar the house has seen,Freddie having been no where near kitchen pulled him up on it he hung on her every word and the facts were she was a liar and he was blind to her,i always thought fred to fair.

And that disapointed me its ok sticking up for your mates but not when you are looking a fool and dont know the facts

I'm with Bea at the moment. I don't like the girl very much but this isn't the Freddie we felt sorry for in the first few weeks. Which is the real Freddie I wonder?

It is now hes been destroyed. I cant believe how people are so inperceptive.
He's been put down for 5 weeks. He got back up and was getting confident. Then Bea came in and he felt a bond and got all romantic. Then she slapped him down and he couldnt understand it, he felt confused and reverted to laddish behaviour as way of making sense of his male pride at being hurt and his head f**d over.
Now the ultimate betrayal as now he's up and every one seems to hate him. I just don' get it and like Freddie I feel quite depressed.
I was thinking of spending less time on the forums and I felt guilty I should have been doing something more useful. Now I think I will get a life.
Poor Freddie its like Palm Sunday one week and Good Friday the next. I have a feeling Marcus may go over the wall anyway. Its just his style. The only positive thing about this, if you can call it that, is that Bea didnt nominate him but then maybe thats to save her back!!!!

Oh come on who is he - Saint Fred. He is entitled not to like someone. Hell everyone does it. FFS! Anyone would think hes commited the cardinal sin in actually not liking everyone.

He also dared to pull her up about her bitchiness and moaning which is what started her campaigning against him. I am really very, very disappointed at all the vitriol aimed at Freddie after he has been the golden boy for being a victim he is now being pilloried for being - well human. Disgusted at these forums now. Mad Where have all the legions of Fans gone. Leaving the sinking ship EH!
