Sniping behind his back or discussing with a mate what she should do about the situation?

I'd go with the latter.

I go with the bit in bold ... Thumbs Up

That makes no sense when weve seen her say the same to his face?

I've not seen her say the same things to his face that she's said behind his back to marcus and siavash .... If she did, then even freddie in besotted state would see right through her ... IMO ...

She discussed Freddie being sleazy, with Marcus, then told Freddie. So not behind his back.

She told Marcus Freddie was following her round then told Freddie to give her space. So not behind his back again.

Don't you ever chat with a mate if you have trouble with another mate?

Two of the girls they put in the house this year have been sending "I really fancy you" signals at all the guys in there! That's why there are so many confused guys in there this year.

Nah, the guys have taken cuddles as a green light for a relationship.

Don't know about you but personallyme, i'd need clearer signals than a cuddle before declaring my love.

Noirin in particular was even giving Sree definite 'come on' signals. She says she does it to everybody. She did it to all the men in there and Bea is now doing the same. Why do you think all the men in the house are behaving like they are? Because they have been encouraged and made to feel that they are wanted.

The analogy with chatting to a mate doesn't work for me ... not the same situation at all IMO ... we're obviously on different wavelengths with this ... but if we all saw the same things it would make for pretty boring discussions ... Smiler

So you'd absolve the men of any responsibility?

Personallyme, i'd need more than cuddles to give me the green light to declare my love for someone.

How isn't it the same situation?

You call it bitching behind backs, i call it talking to a mate about what to do about another mate. If all she did was discuss Freddie without telling Freddie anything, i'd call that bitching.

Not of any responsibility no, but I think the girls are more to blame. I think confusing signals are totally wrong, what do you think? Would you be happy if you met someone and they made out they were keen to get to know you and considered you a friend, only to find they are talking about you behind your back and telling you to just plain go away? I would find it upsetting, as Sree, Marcus, Siavash and Freddie have done.

Clapping

Once again I see it the same way,Tupps.

Bea is doing exactly what Noirin was criticised for NOT doing. In other words, putting him in his place and making it clear where the boundaries lie.Far far crueller to offer crumbs of comfort then get uppity when the boundaries are crossed that to be straight.

Yep, said the same too. Noirin was derided for not being clear where as Bea couldn't have been clearer.

It isn't the same situation because I don't go along with the 'mates' analogy ... It's a game and they're all playing it, there are no 'friends' in the house ... there are only potential allies or people who can be influenced ... some of them are better at influencing people and as much as I detest the type of person Bea is, I'll give her credit for being pretty good at sowing seeds of doubt with people ... And yes, I do call it bitching behind backs ... Thumbs Up

Nod

I saw it more as sounding out a problem with a mate than actual bitching. In my mind theres a world of difference between someone asking advice before tackling a problem and two people who are tittle tattling with absolutely no intention of airing their grievance to the person causing it.

I didn't hear this disagreement they had but if she really told Freddie that shes not a hippy then she lied all the time before because shes been telling everyone she was a hippy. Mad

Bang on the money as usual Vid. There's an article on ch4 with Bea discussing it with Siavash.

So, because it's a game, nobodies situation is genuine. So we could easily say that Freddie is pushing for a relationship to up his coverage on the show?

I maintain bitching behind backs is only the case if it's not said directly to the person in question. It was said directly, so can't be classed as bitching.

Morning Mazz Big Grin

I think we have a Noirin in the making in that she did latch onto Freddy as soon as she entered the house. Telling him how lovely he was, hugging him all the time. She knew how he had been treated in the house and how he was starved of affection and friendly attention really. Knowing all this and what he is like, I think she did lead him on somewhat. Now that he seems to have served his purpose, she is finding him irritating and annoying. Yes, he does follow her about, but the poor guy is besotted with her. She set the ball in motion, so she should reap what she has sown.

Correct. She's really not all that, for pity's sake. I find her boring and humourless.

I find her quite interesting Toid but she`s a wrong one, especially for Freddie.
Scotty
Poor old Freddie is blinded by lust and is following Bea around like a lost puppy.
Bea did make a beeline for him when she entered the house and now finds the relationship cloying.
Freddy is now behaving like a wuss and Bea is playing a blinder...but once the HMs braincells have struggled to assimilate this, her game will be over and she'll be out.

Yet....there is no way on earth that I'd ever share a bed with a man, if I was unlucky enough to be in the BB house.I do have some standards Laugh

He's making himself look bad, with all the fawning. Same as Sree/Marcus and Siavash.
