Siavash told everyone who BB had chosen as his nominations. My memory's a little shakey, but I think Sophie did as well.
Marcus told Bea he'd nominated her. Again, I can't remember if he discussed nominating David, but I'd be surprised if he didn't. Besides, David would expect a nomination from Marcus anyway.
In short, Bea has fallen foul of the "legal nomination talk" curse. It's taken a while, but this is exactly what BB would have been hoping would happen when they changed the rules (in general - not specifically to Bea).
David isn't as dumb as a lot of people assume, and he's perfectly capable of doing the maths. He knows Sophie and Siavash didn't nominate him, and Lisa and Charlie
wouldn't, So without Bea he'd only have 2 nominations. It's highly unlikely he'd be up with only 2 - for a start, it would mean either Marcus or Bea only got 2 as well, which is highly unlikely.
As Bea pointed out, this logic isn't totally foolproof, but her inability to robustly deny David's suspicions merely confirmed he was right.
