The friction between Jay and Louise and Aaron thatâs been brewing over the last few days finally came to a head earlier, when Jay approached Aaron about the subject ofpresent-gate. The drama that followed the giving of these presents on day 60 initially didnât result in a full on confrontation, Jayâs acknowledgement of the elephant in the room prompted the accusations to fly this morningâĶ
It all started when Jay approached Aaron in the garden to say how he was feeling. Jay seemed concerned about the gloomy atmosphere in the house, asking Aaron if he was happy to spend his last few days living in such an awkward position. Aaron responded that he wasnât, but he couldnât forget the fact that heâd lost respect for Jay and Louise during their recent conflict, in which he felt theyâd been âslyâ.
The two talked the situation over for a while, but couldnât find any resolve. Jay then returned to the living room alone to tell the other housemates what had gone on outside. Unfortunately, in true Big Brother fashion, Aaron walked right into this chat, ears burning. Louise and Jay didnât seem to mind that heâd heard, though!
It was at this point that the model got involved, questioning Aaronâs earlier accusations. âHow are we sly?â She asked. Aaron replied that theyâd acted slyly, but they werenât necessarily sly people. This didnât help to make her feel better unfortunately. Louise went on to tell Aaron that sheâd tried really hard for him within the house, referencing diary room chats and conversations with other housemates. She went on to say that she felt heâd ignored her in recent weeks and she couldnât understand why: Aaron thought that she was over-thinking this.
The conflict continued for a while before Aaron vacated to the bedroom, clearly displeased at the conflict. Unfortunately for the housemates, the tension in the house doesnât seem to have lifted: there may be more turbulence ahead.

As the Housemates are now in their final week, Big Brother is treating the Housemates to a âPerfect Dayâ. To create such a day, Big Brother has generously provided the final five with manicures, pedicures, waxing treatment and hair cuts. The boys will also be pampered with an old fashioned wet shave and the girls will be glammed up with professional make-up application. After being confined in the House for 61 days, weâre sure theyâll be glad to get spruced up for the final week. Check out the gallery as we keep you updated with their processâĶ

This afternoon, the housemates have enjoyed a taste of the high life, getting their hair cut by superstar-stylist Lee Stafford. The usual hairdresser-client conversations have taken place, but the usual awkwardness of this particular situation seems to have been avoided for the most part: heâs clearly a pro at this!
There weren't any 'where are you off to on holidays' for this pro, though. He was all about the camera, and knew exactly what it would take to get the best out of it. Aaronâs been going a bit more âsquareâ up top, while Louise has got a fringe: we might be seeing a very different side to our housemates by the end of the day! A more glamorous one for sure.
Will our housemates be a cut above the rest? Or will we end up with some hair raising photographs later? Time will tell...

Today, the housemates have been pampered and preened within an inch of their lives. Theyâve been waxed, plucked, dyed and chopped (their hair that is) to perfection, transforming them from ordinary civilian housemates to shiny, sparkly Big Brother beauties. The housemates have now been asked to don their most glamorous outfits and partake in an exclusive photo-shoot within the House.
All the housemates (apart from Jay) got behind the shoot hours before, making sure they picked their best attire to compliment their new looks. Jay initially wasnât in the mood for the shoot, claiming that he wasnât looking at his best: but Louise was desperate to see him dolled up, eventually persuading her sweetheart to take part. Once Jay was ready, the full ensemble stood on the stairs ready for their close ups.
What do you reckon of our pretty new housemates, then? They donât scrub up too badly!
