2150: The housemates have begun the classic Big Brother eviction tradition of communal hand-holding. Not long now, surely...

2208: Aaron's gutted about Faye's eviction, and has gone into the diary room to talk to Big Brother about it

2215: Louise is telling the other housemates she's gutted that Faye's gone. She's clearly happy about being saved, though

2240: Jay has been musing on the money twist: 'Big Brother really knows how to get into the human psyche'

2241: Housemates seem shell-shocked. They're sat around on the sofas quite quietly. Jay: What is going on?

2244: Louise: Jay you've not farted much today. Jay: I know. Louise: I've noticed that.

We`ve got another week of this.

Day 57: Faye's eviction - the fallout

Faye’s eviction has obviously sparked mixed reactions: for every evictee, there is another housemate that has been spared from this by the public. Despite Louise’s obvious joy at being saved, though, it’s clear that Faye’s departure is going to have its effect on the house.

Aaron wore his emotions on his sleeve when he heard the news: he was clearly heartbroken. He and Faye exchanged ‘I love yous’ as she made her exit, but ever since he’s been very quiet, apart from during a chat to Big Brother in the diary room. Louise was one of the first to speak about the issue to the others, claiming that she was ‘gutted she’s gone’. The other housemates seemed to share in her views.

As far as Aaron and Faye’s relationship goes, the other housemates clearly understood Aaron’s pain. Tom, ever one to look on the bright side, made the valid point that Aaron ‘only has a week’ until he sees his sweetheart again. Will Aaron pull through OK, and will we be seeing a different side to him without his other half?

As previously mentioned, every cloud has a silver lining: Louise has had the fortune to stay in the house tonight. The ‘normal’ model from Manchester is clearly massively grateful towards the public that she’s been saved, although she also seems to find it hard to process. Mid-embrace with Jay, she asked ‘did you think I’d stay over Faye?’ Jay replied with a knowing ‘Aye’.

While Aaron and Faye have been ripped apart for another week then, Louise and Jay have been granted more precious time together in their love-nest. How will Faye’s departure affect the other housemates, then? Will Aaron be alright? Time will tellâ€Ķ

Day 57: Big Brother's big money twist

With only a week to go, Faye fresh out of the House, and everyone already on the edge of their seats - Big Brother as Big Brother does, has thrown in another proverbial spanner into the worksâ€Ķ

The total prize money of one hundred grand will be split in half. The winner of this year’s Big Brother will be walking away with fifty thousand pounds – fact.

This leaves the other half up for grabs and it will be down to the housemates to decide how to divide it amongst themselves.

Cue twist number two: unbeknown to the housemates Big Brother has already decided that the remaining fifty grand will not be split evenly and has determined that the split amounts are as follows: 30k, ÂĢ15k, ÂĢ4k, ÂĢ990 and ÂĢ10. So no matter how much they scream and stomp their feet, it just won’t be even Stevens.

So when will they find out? A board displaying all the information they need will enter the House tomorrowâ€Ķ.you’ll have to stay tuned to facebook/bigbrotheruk to find out what Big Brother has in store!

You just can’t beat the banker when the banker is Big Brother. Awkward much? Let’s hope soâ€Ķ
