Today we watched a little mouse sit in the middle of our lawn for ages then sat by our back door.
I went out and it just sat there
Poked it with a stick and it grabbed hold!!!
Ran around my feet - and only ran when I prodded its botty

I have a large cobnut tree in my garden....free canteen for the squirrels and birds.....however, the little beggars knock the nuts down, ably assisted by wind and rain.....I now have a crunchy nut lawn, despite having filled a bin with them so far
