It's not on until 10.30 tonight

@Baz

One does feel that C5 have somewhat thrown in the towel with BB now. The pushing of the show into a 10:30 slot (especially during the week) is likely lose viewers principally because they have to get up for work next day. As I noted the other day, Love Island is getting so many more viewers apparently.

Even tonight I fancy getting to bed for 10. I've had a week at work and I'm tired!

Every year I hear the same,

"The end is nigh"

Do you know what that would do to me us?

It would mean devastation    I loves BB

You have to face facts Sainty, as much as you love it, this is a long drawn out slow death of a programme.

Just so we can have a fun, upbeat reasoned discussion, have a go at these points and see if you can explain to me why you think C5 have done it.

  • Pushing some episodes to 10:30 !!

  • Cutting last years series short and as is muted this years series. Last yeasr down 16 days against the previous, take it a year further back and down 22 days.

  • If you look at ratings against similar shows, it struggles. Maybe the viewing public's taste has moved and is moving year on year.

This year I think I have read more negative comments by forum members than any other year - in fact FM's seem to be struggling to pick a winner, Raph getting it by default almost as he seems the least tw*tty amongst them all.

I did a long time ago, but now my love has turned to loathe. Such a shame really.

Lyrics Mr Saint, listen to the lyrics.
