I am one of 8 children, only 6 left.....and lots of aunts and uncles....diminished now of course, but a great happy childhood...........and cooking in the kitchen too...........and growing our own fruit and veg, and living by the sea.........I am lucky.....

I have to say, I have made profiteroles (only once) and they turned out fabulous.......(easier to buy in M&S tho, even tho they are not as good as my first and last attempt)
