Chris's rustle-up ingredient are chickpeas. Could be quite challenging to make something tasty without overpowering the chickpeas.
Angela's eliminator are three different Asian-inspired dishes within a very short period of time.

We sure do El. Thanks .....think I’ll give the chickpeas a miss ..........but Angela’s challenge is an *interesting* choice   ....it will be interesting to see who is in the cook off .

By the way, Great British Menu returns next month, I don't watch it as I dislike the judges.
Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton remain as judges, Rachel Khoo joins them and there's a 4th guest judge each week. Andi Oliver continues as guide.
