Chris's rustle-up challenge is banana bread, though the pantry has been reduced for this - there's no flour.
Angela's eliminator round is a French dessert which involves a curd and meringue. Could be a lemon meringue pie using crushed digestive biscuits rather than a pastry base as that would take too long.
