Hi everyone,

Not sure if anyone here is interested, but a DS forumer is now re-running/uploading the whole series of BB7, 1 episode a day between now and Celeb BB 10.
Mr Marky's site is now registration only, but its just a username and password to ascertain the interest.  (and to keep it a bit more private )

Intention to upload other series by vote/consensus also planned if enough interest.    (I would like to see BB2 or BB 6 next!)

Only 7 days in, so worth catching up and giving it a go - BB7 house was SO much nicer than this years dump and the food was classier too!  Nikki rocked as a housemate, Grace drove me nuts (as did shabaz) but I am enjoying watching the series again.

I think its because it felt very low budget this year....
Nothing original in the tasks really - though they were acclaimed on BBLB, it was just different costumes for dancing tasks and cultural tasks, nothing spectacular and nothing at all challenging.

Live feed would have made/saved this years show from low viewing figures and generated media interest and over all buzz.  I dont know anyone else but me that watched this year, yet everyone I spoke to knew Nikki and Grace in those days

Its a shame really, but still great to watch some of the old stuff again.  Dont think I've ever had the chance before to watch a rerun anyway

I've often wondered why they have never shown the previous series on, e.g. E4, TGL. I put it down to avoiding post-production invasion of HM 'privacy' (dragging the 'hated' up for public derision once more; letting everyone get back to normal life, etc). I'm surprised (but glad!) that Marky is able to do it without some repercussions from C4. I wonder if he's getting over the copyright issues by not showing episodes in their entirety but as 'parts'? (only viewed launch night as yet so don't know if other episodes are in one part).

I think (and I hope) that the site is off the radar due to bb being off air   but I checked with MrMarky first before posting links.  I guess its only worth doing it if enough people are interested.

If nothing else, showing these re-runs keeps interest in the show/format alive, and proves a point that a lot of fans still enjoy BB!

it just needs treating with care, creativity and a bit more cash!

Yep, TGL.  I think most would agree that for the last two years C4 have hosted BB in a  totally shoddy, bargain basement almost laissez-faire manner. Like you, I kept noticing recycled ideas, tasks and even props. I'm still kind of hoping that Sky and Virgin battle it out to win the franchise then pour silly money into it to rebrand and reposition it in the schedules (in an attempt to outdo each other....playground stylee).

The whole of Celeb BB6 re-run starts this friday here:

http://big-bro.webs.com/
plans to upload other series if enough interest.

also, some rare live feed from BB7 :

some of this live feed doesnt have jennie in, and has implied could upload more if enough interest.

any feedback to any of sites linked please email the webmasters, I think they would be interested in knowing how much interest in this stuff, as well as what series fans would like to see next.

This was such a good series - anyone remember the prison that they had to dig into, and it wasnt a prison at all.... also the first HND...

I loved BB2 - thats my favourite - helen, paul, brian, bubble and dean were good housemates and there wasnt the nastiness that year (well not after narinder left!!)

I liked also BB6 (Science) and also BB5 was a great series!
