I don't agree with his treatment but I wonder if it's because they deem him to be a very entertaining housemate therefore they are giving him more airtime.

That said, it's unfair if it is getting too much for him to take.

I'm a Ben fan, and I think all of this is just doing him the power of good...it'll be what HE makes it

I see shades of Siavash from last year, they did exactly the same to him, as he was very popular, and they did every dirty trick in the book to screw his chances of winning, because they wanted Sophie to win.

Agree with you Senora, but I have a feeling Ben is more mature than Siavash so he might just see it coming whereas Siavash didn't.

as usual and due to our Sky being an arse I'm about an hour behind and just watched Ben's stand up routine and I think he did really well!  Hopefully this will win him a few fans

Ben rised to the challenge tonight he was excellent and will be buoyant because the crowd were right behind him. He really needs to keep doing every task though. Voters hate people who don't. If anything will be his downfall that will be it. He used his one get out of jail free tonight card I think.

I do not recall ANY of you bleating about what you construe to be 'ill treatment' of other HMs!  I watched Science being taken the complete piss out of - where were all of you 'Outraged' folk back then?  Pfffffffffffffffffffffffft!  Only reason why you say what you do, is because you like the bumbling idiot, which in itself is absolutely fine, by me.  But don't start blaming BB for taking the piss out of a very obvious candidate because HE chose to go in there, and they make him look no more stupid than he does himself, by, constantly having Dave wrapped around him all the time! 

I love Ben and I think his other HM's will rally round him - well I hope so!

The reason BB get Ben to do things like address the audience last night is because most of the other housemates would not have it in them to do it, and pull it off.  Ben is one of the more talented housemates in there.  You can see it as BB picking on him or you can see it as BB offering him more opportunities, and more air time as a result.

Most people wouldn't give a monkeys if it was anybody but Ben. It's part of the game it's what they signed up for. Ben is playing the game, it's giving him more airtime and playing the victim will get him more fans.

Ben knows what he's doing...I like him, but he has wimped on every task so far...maybe part of the gameplan, maybe not....but I do think that BB has tried every trick in the book to get the public to dislike him. Having said that, he went in there fully aware of what BB can and will do to HMs..so tbh, I don't have any sympathy for him or any other HM...they're there to be shot at...it's a game!!
