I'm not saying thats its ok because it was Freddie, that was just as bad. But Rodrigo was also in the wrong for taking the drink when he saw him doing it and then saying if you give me some i won't tell and he makes it worse for been so defensive.

He shouldn't have took a sip then he wouldn't have been in the firing line but Kris and charlie went in Marcus's drawer and stole it. He said he wouldn't say anything and he didn't but they still dragged him into it.
From a theiving point he was wrong to take a sip of the loot but between friends Charlie and Kris should have took the blame instead of dragging everyone else in.
