I can't vote cos Seattle have yet to address that on the app! , but is it not possible to have both . *Chatting* with FMs during the nightly BB certainly enhances the viewing experience for me ... In fact most of the time the thread is more entertaining than the programme! However, I agree that perhaps a daily , shorter highlight thread, also has advantages . * climbs up and sits on fence*

I am on the fence too Baz  .....  shove over a bit

the chat would continue but would be in a smaller one day thread if it went individual .....  maybe would be easier for peeps to pick out anything they want to enlarge on if a comment has been made or take it to a seperate thread

it is just a suggestion - we dont have many peeps here anymore and if the large thread deters them away it might retain a few if the highlights shows were in smaller lumps

Lol... *squidges over a bit for Mrs H* ... I agree with you (and Jen) , it would perhaps be easier to pick out points for discussion after the show .... And we certainly don't want to lose any more FMs I guess my position is that as long as we have a * chat along * thread somewhere I am happy . Although it would perhaps be prudent to designate someone to start the nightly thread , otherwise I can see chaos reigning

I'm not sure what the difference would be tbh, surely if it remains as the one 'live' stickied thread and people wanted to read it afterwards then they would just click on the page for that date

Personally, I'd prefer for all the live discussion to be in the one place. As I've said elsewhere, if anyone wants to start a thread about an individual topic for discussion, they're free to do so. From my pov, I rarely start threads and the live threads are the ones I participate in most, by far, it's fun to chat to others who are watching at the same time. Surely there's room for both, to cater to all tastes?

I was thinking that.

Another good point about having separate threads is if anyone's watching on catch up - they can easily find the comments for a particular show.

I'd still want a 'live thread' to chat in supes, but when it gets to hundreds of pages and you try to look for something it's not so easy.   I'd prefer different threads - i also think a lot of people don't look at stickies, so we might draw a few more passersby in if we have a live thread per day.

If we have a nightly HLs discussion thread each one could be stickied for that evening and un-stickied when the next one goes up.

That sounds good, Fluffs   I think a mod should start one and sticky it every day?

Doubt there would be a need .Each HL show can be dated for future ref.
