Does anyone here used or in the past has Bazuka on a wart or verruca?

My eldest had verucas lots of them... we took him to the doc' and was told it was a virus which would last approx' 12 months then they should all just drop off... just past the 12 months and said eldest's feet are all clear.
Dunno whether this info' helps...I suppose it depends how near to the end of the 12 month cycle you are as to whether the Bazuka stuff is worth trying.

See your supposed to put it on before bed I am using the extra strength one and it turns into a white coating that you pick off the next day but its impossible to pick off so i usually end up using an emery board to file it off. Just wondering if this is how it is supoosd to be used.
You are doing it right, but really all the over the counter treatments are pants.
I had a tiny wart on my finger once, I managed to wiggle it out and pick it right at the root, came out like an upside down pyramid. Beautiful. Bled like a pig though.
I have verracas (verrucae?) just now, they itch but I'm just going to leave them til they go.

I once tried that ridiculously overpriced Wartner that's supposed to freeze warts off on my daughter. It claims it's only supposed to take a couple of goes and the wart will disappear - I used the entire bliddy tin of the stuff and the wart persisted so had to resort to bazuka, nailfile and eventually is went.
I have just had a verruca treated at the chiropodists as it was causing a lot of pain on the foot bed, I got it from teaching kids swimming a while back but it didn't hurt for a long time and by the time it did nothing would shift it
The chiropodist said the best over the counter treatment is Occlusal which contains salicylic acid, basically what is in Bazukka but she said you would need to use about 10 tubes of the Bazukka for one deep rooted verruca as it is so watered down, the Occlusal is a bit expensive for a tiny bottle, about ÂĢ7, but it works brilliantly
I had bio gun treatment on mine and pure salicylic acid on it for several weeks then continued with the Occlusal at home and it worked a treat
Chiropodists are a bit expensive though, mine was ÂĢ28 a session but for every two sessions you get the third follow up free so worth calling a few to see who does a decent deal

Haven't heard that one...the one I was told involved cutting a bean in half, rubbing it on the wart, then burying the bean...

You don't even have to rub up against anyone...the virus survives in water, so walking barefoot through a puddle that someone who has one has walked through is enough.
Those footbaths that they put across the entrances to swimming-pool changing rooms are where most verrucae are transmitted.
