'Blue Sky Thinking'.  That's another one that gets on my nerves.

Arrrgghh don't get me started on the touch base stuff either I honestly do believe that some people earn Director's salaries for the amount of convoluted crap that falls out of their mouth. Fair enough, in some jobs you have to use patter to make it look more attractive to a buyer, but in-house where the ties should be off and the bullshit is left at the door I find it as irritating as thrush

You are now all reminding me why I shouldn't go back to work in an office with a bunch of plebs Ohhh another thing that grates me is when you get happy happy happy boss addressing the team as 'Morning guys'. I really hate anyone addressing any collective as 'guys', I just really hate that word and it sounds so Americanised and corny. *twitches again*

I'm with you on this Karma. He should be saying 'Morning guys and gals'  which isn't Americanised and corny at all 

I hate that too Just 'Good Morning', 'Morning gits' or just a grunt will suffice. I don't do fluffy and motivational posters and all that malarky. Work during work time. Pub at lunchtime. Simples!.

That's a no-no for me, always kills me off. 

Why has nobody mentioned 'I'll talk to my people' aaaaaaaaaaaaargh 

This woman at Uni who thought she was a proper cool down with the kids lecturer used to always say 'Hey guys'

and if like there was noise in the room and she needed to say something it was like 'Guys, guys... blah blah blah'. She used to also come out with words like 'Techo' instead of technology.
