Tonight has the three surviving teams from the 3rd episode and the three from last week's episode are together.
First challenge is to create 24 perfectly identical almond pithivier pies and individual savoury brioche.

Second challenge is a sugar showpiece inspired by a futuristic jungle theme. No crashing disasters this time though one of contestants burns their fingers with the sugar work.
