Tonight's episode starts with the teams creating 24 ice-creams and 24 doughnuts. Then the Showpiece round is themed on The Greatest Show on Earth with confectionery, sugar work and chocolate (and clowning about). Hopefully there's no train crash this evening (as in the 1952 film of that name).
