First they have to make 24 opera slices and 24 exotic fruit roulade slices.

 

Then they have to make a modern twist om the religeuse, the classic French pastry.

Yes, they were the technical challenge on the 7th episode of series 4 of the ordinary Bake Off in October 2013. I think tonight's will be considerably more extravagant as they've got considerably longer than on the ordinary show,
