I rescued a little birdie today,it crashed into my window....went out and scooped it up, smoothed its feathers and put it in a tree....was worried but it must have been stunned, because it flew away after about half an hour

I didn't want to leave it in danger on the ground, if it hadn't moved I would have fed it and found it a bed for the night, but thank heavens it was fine xx

Six years ago, I rescued a male blackbird which got caught in the netting over my raised bed. He still come back on regularly, especially atm when he is feeding young, and costs me a fortune in raisins.

He comes to the kitchen window and peeks in

👍🏻I put those in the feeders and trays, and niger seeds for the finches but, the blackbird loves his raisins.

ooo will get some we have suet pieces  and fat balls as well
